Tulsi Peya, Knee Pain

1. Tulsi peya
Ingredients à Boiled milk 1 cup [warm], Fresh “Tulsi” leaves[Ocinum sanctum] – 20, Black peper [Marich] – 2, Ginger [Adrak] ½ Gram, Cardamom [Ilaichi] – 1, Dry Coriander fruit [Dhania ] – ½ Gram , Sugar 2 teaspoonful or at own choice
Grind all the above ingredients in Kitchen machine and filter.
The filtered liquid is 1 dose for adults. Three doses can be taken with interval of 3 hours in a day .
This liquid is beneficial in Common Colds, Rhinorrhoea, Generalised myalgia, Hay fever, lassitude, headache, flatulence, early stage of cough and Influenza.

2. Knee pain
Question- I have pain in my both knee, it increases when I play more. the pain is more severe at particular angle (an angle we play or climb stairs).

You may take light massage of knees and adjecent area with “Mahanarayana Taila” [an ayurvedic medicated oil] twice a day, as well as use oral dose of “Sandhibali quaath” twice or thrice a day for atleast 27 days. In case, you still don’t notice any improvement, go to an Orthopedician.

Sandhibalee Quaath

Ingredients-
“Asgandh” Withania Somnifera Root 30 Gm
“Sarsanhari” Vitis Quadrangularis Stem 20 Gm
“Babool” Acasia Arebica Bark 20 Gm
“Bach” Acorus Calamus Root 5 Gm
“Adrak” Ginger Root 20 Gm
“Haldi” Turmeric Root 20 Gm
Grind these ingredients and dry. Boil 2 teaspoonful [appx. 10 Gms] of this mixture, with 2 cups of water till it remains approximately 1 cup, then filter and use . You may mix some sugar if you like. This is one dose.
Don’t take the medicine in empty stomach although it is quite safe.
