Grind the green plant of Bhui Aamla [Phylanthus niruri- whole plant ] with little water to extract its juice. 1 Teaspoonful of this juice should be taken in the morning [in empty stomach] for 3 days and ½ teaspoonful upto 15th day.
Patient should be kept on fruit juices , Glucose water, ORS, and liquid part of boiled rice for 15 days. Other food items should be avoided. Isabgol ki bhusi [Spaghula husk] 1 teaspoonful should be given thrice a day.
